Creating Your Container
If we decide to work together, we'll design a coaching relationship that fits your life. We'll set intentions, establish how we'll work, and create the safety you need to go deep.
Regular Sessions
We meet weekly or bi-weekly via video call. Each session is a sacred space where you can explore, process, and discover. I'll ask questions, reflect what I see, and support your unfolding.
Integration & Practice
Between sessions, you'll have space to integrate insights and practice new ways of being. I'm available via message for support when things come up.

How is coaching different from therapy?
While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and diagnosing conditions, coaching is future-oriented and focuses on growth, clarity, and creating the life you want. That said, they can complement each other beautifully. I'm not a therapist and don't treat mental health conditions.
How does your healthcare background inform your coaching?
With over 12 years as a family nurse practitioner, I understand how deeply connected our physical, mental, and emotional health are. This holistic perspective means we look at the whole picture—not just one part of your life in isolation. If something in your physical health is affecting your well-being, I can help you think through that connection too.
How do I know if I'm ready for coaching?
If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or like there's more to life than what you're currently experiencing—you're ready. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to be willing to explore.
How long do people typically work with you?
It varies widely. Some clients work with me for 3-4 months during a specific transition. Others continue for a year or more as they navigate ongoing growth. There's no minimum commitment—we work together as long as it serves you.

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. It's a no-pressure conversation where we both get to feel into whether this is right. If it's not a match, I'm happy to refer you to other resources.
